ADTA will pay: *

$168+taxes per room, per night, double occupancy. $22/night Valet Parking Registration $245.00/ member Meals: Actual amounts paid including tax and tip, are not to exceed $25/meal, $50/day (not provided by CTA). Itemized receipts are required for all meals; (entrees should equal number in party and receipt back signed.) There will be no reimbursement for meals when CTA already provides one. Mileage is reimbursed at Federal reimbursement rate (.70/mile). Carpooling is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as parking will be limited.

All members are welcome to apply and we especially encourage newer members to submit—this is a great opportunity to get involved, build connections, and grow professionally. In addition to union sponsorship, there may also be support available through our IPD (Instruction and Professional Development) partnership with ADTA. The Executive Board will thoughtfully review all submissions and make selections based on a range of factors to ensure fair representation. If you are chosen to attend, your registration form MUST be accompanied by a $200 'Good Faith' check that is made out to ADTA. Please submit it to Lisa Martinelli at Donald F. Bradach Elementary ADTA. Use campus mail at your own risk. **Deadline for conference interest reservation: May 16, 2025 due to high demand. HEALTH & Safety policy The health and safety of attendees, speakers, exhibitors and staff are our highest priority.
