The Elections Committee plays a key role in upholding fair and transparent election practices within our union. Led by the Elections Chairperson, this committee ensures that all elections are conducted in accordance with the CTA Elections Manual and established timelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with site reps to determine representation needs, training the Representative Council on proper election procedures, and maintaining accurate records of all elections. Committee members also attend relevant trainings to stay informed on best practices and provide updates to the Executive Board.

By safeguarding the integrity of our election process, the Elections Committee helps ensure every member's voice is heard and our leadership remains accountable and representative.
