The Grievance Committee is committed to protecting our members’ rights and ensuring the fair enforcement of our collective bargaining agreement. Led by the Grievance Chairperson, this committee handles matters related to contract clarification, enforcement, and other employment-related concerns, including professional rights and responsibilities.
The committee works closely with the union President and Executive Board to ensure all grievances are addressed promptly and appropriately. This includes maintaining clear communication, submitting necessary documentation within required timelines, and presenting updates regularly to the Executive Board.
Through ongoing training and guidance, the committee also supports the broader union leadership by educating them on grievance procedures and helping foster a workplace where every member’s voice and rights are respected.
