The Liaison Committee serves as a key communication bridge between the union and the Adelanto Elementary School District (AESD) on non-contractual issues. This committee maintains open lines of dialogue through regular contact with district representatives and organizes quarterly meetings to address concerns, share feedback, and foster collaboration.

The committee prepares agendas for these meetings and ensures transparency by providing detailed minutes to the Corresponding Secretary, who distributes them to the Executive Board, site reps, and site liaison representatives.
