The Membership Information Committee is responsible for maintaining accurate member records and ensuring all union members are informed and connected. The committee manages and updates CTA membership systems, distributes important materials like CTA pocket calendars and benefits information, and attends all relevant meetings, including site rep meetings and general membership gatherings.
This committee plays a key role in communication by working closely with the Corresponding Secretary and other committee chairs—such as Social and Organizing—to help distribute timely updates and resources through digital platforms.
Members of the committee also attend relevant trainings, stay informed on current membership issues, and report regularly to the Executive Board. Their work helps ensure every member receives the support, information, and recognition they deserve.
