The Political Action Committee (PAC) works to keep our union members informed and engaged in the political issues that impact public education at the local, state, and national levels. By organizing advocacy efforts and sharing relevant updates, the PAC helps ensure our collective voice is heard in decisions that shape our schools and profession.

The committee manages all official PAC business, including financial records, campaign information, and compliance with CTA guidelines and state regulations. It also ensures that required reports are filed with the Fair Political Practices Commission and that all political activity aligns with the PAC’s bylaws.

Through training, outreach, and collaboration with CTA and NEA efforts, the PAC empowers members to take action and support pro-public education policies and candidates.
