Check the gift cards please

Greetings Members:

Vice-President Hahn has contacted Texas Roadhouse to work out a plan to fix the gift cards. Those that have a 0-balance have to be re-scanned and re-distributed. They cannot honor a 0-balance card with identification due to past bad actors that tried to take advantage and re-use their cards.

Please check your gift card now if you haven't yet. Please take any 0-balance gift cards to Jennifer Rader at MKP. You can simply place them in an envelope with your name and site on it and leave it with the front office. President Rader will have a dedicated large envelope in the front office for them to be collected in. We need them by Friday so we can have them re-scanned.

If your site rep did not pick up your gift cards, we are going to check them to ensure they work, fix the ones that do not, and then you can also pick them up the day we re-distribute cards.

Once the cards are re-scanned, we will set a date to pick them up. It will be on the same date as we exchange shirts and distribute shirts to members that have not gotten one yet.

There will be more information to come soon. So please check your gift card and if it has a 0-balance turn it in at MKP to Jennifer Rader. They will collect them in the front office, please remember to put your name and site on the envelope. Thank you for helping us fix this situation.
